What's your shipping policy?

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. If you place an order on a weekend or holiday, it will be processed the next business day. Please allow up to 2 business days for order fulfillment

What's your return policy?

Stumbo Stack offers a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Products sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged.
